6.2 Locked Doors: The doors of the room will be locked at the beginning of the session. No access will be granted to latecomers, so as not to break the experience of the participants already present. No refunds, credits or date transfers will be given in the event of a delay preventing access to the venue.

6.3 Expected behavior: Each User undertakes to maintain a respectful and silent attitude within the Cristal Momentum space. The use of electronic devices during the session is prohibited, unless expressly authorized.

6.4 Droit d'exclusion et fin de prestation : Cristal Momentum reserves the right to terminate a participant's service and exclude him or her from the premises, without any refund or compensation, if:

  • The participant behaves inappropriately, disruptively or is deemed harmful to the serenity of the group.

  • The participant attempts to use the space or event for unauthorized medical or paramedical consultations, diagnoses or recommendations.

Any form of solicitation or health advice given by one participant to another is strictly prohibited within our premises to ensure compliance with the wellness framework and legal limits of our services.

  • Capacity and Limitations: It is the responsibility of the participant to respect the weight limits and technical capabilities of the equipment used. In case of doubt about his or her ability to use a facility (e.g., access to a hammock, chair, bed, etc.), the participant must inform the participant before use.

7.3.2 Disclosure to the Counsellor: The Participant agrees to inform the Cristal Momentum Counsellor of any of the above conditions before the start of the session or retreat. Cristal Momentum reserves the right to refuse access to certain techniques (such as magnetotherapy) to a participant if he or she believes that there is a risk to his or her safety, without this giving rise to the right to a refund.

7.3.3 Release of liability : By making the purchase, the User acknowledges that he or she has been informed of the risks associated with magnetic fields and assumes full responsibility for any complication, discomfort or breakage of personal medical equipment occurring during or after the activity.

7.4 Informed consent: By making the purchase, the User acknowledges that he or she is voluntarily participating in a wellness activity and assumes full responsibility for the consequences related to his or her state of health. Cristal Momentum declines all responsibility for any discomfort occurring during or after the experience.

7.5 Individual responsibility for comments: Cristal Momentum declines all responsibility for the opinions or personal advice shared informally by its employees or volunteers. Only the official information of the company engages its responsibility.

7.6 Consent to touch and manual techniques: In the context of events including reflexology or relaxation massages, the User consents to receive light physical contact. The participant undertakes to inform the speaker immediately of any discomfort. The participant retains the right to refuse or interrupt physical contact at any time without having to give reasons.

7.7 Maintenance of equipment and residual risks:

Cristal Momentum is committed to conducting regular inspections and maintenance of its facilities to ensure a safe environment. However, the User acknowledges and agrees that the use of any suspended or mechanical equipment carries a residual risk of unforeseeable failure.
